Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through https://mamotents.com, and is designed to comply with general consumer protection guidelines in Texas, while being as broad as possible to accommodate various scenarios.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This period begins from the date you receive your order via our shipping partners, such as DHL or UPS.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. This includes tents, apparel, and any accessories. Guided hunt bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described (e.g., a Mammoth tent with manufacturing issues), you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion. We cover return shipping costs in these cases. Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, final sale products, and perishable goods are not eligible for returns. Guided hunts are subject to separate cancellation terms outlined in your booking confirmation.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or (936) 232-5452 to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  • We’ll email you a return shipping label if eligible. Ship the item back to: Mamo Tents Returns, 9125 Hickory Hills, Montgomery, TX 77316.
  • Once received and inspected (typically within 7-10 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like a different size, color, or item (e.g., swapping a Ride or Die Hunting Shirt), we’ll ship the new item once the original is received, subject to availability.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
